Platform Billing

The Platform Billing page allows users to manage their subscription and payment details within the Digisquares platform. This page provides essential information about the current plan, usage limits, options to upgrade, and a detailed breakdown of billing history.

Current Subscription Details

Plan Information

  • Current Plan: Displays the name of the active subscription plan, such as "Professional."
  • Monthly Cost: Shows the cost associated with the plan (e.g., $30/month).
  • Upgrade Option: Users can upgrade to a higher-tier plan if additional resources are required.

Choosing a Subscription Plan

The Choose Your Right Plan section offers different subscription options with features and pricing details. Users can select between the following plans:

Plan Options

  1. Free: Suitable for basic usage, with limited features and no cost.
  2. Starter: Provides additional support and features, billed yearly.
  3. Professional: Ideal for businesses requiring advanced features, with options for monthly or yearly billing.
  4. Enterprise: Tailored for large organizations, offering advanced support and customizable options.

Usage Overview

  • Developer Users: Users can specify the number of developer accounts to add. The cost is displayed next to the selection, calculated based on the quantity and selected billing cycle.
  • End Users: Additional end users can be added with similar pricing details based on the chosen quantity and billing cycle.
  • Currency Selection: Users can select their preferred currency (e.g., USD) from a dropdown menu to ensure accurate pricing.

Order Summary

Overview

The Order Summary section provides a breakdown of the total cost for the selected resources:

  • Subtotal: Shows the base cost for the subscription.
  • Discount for Yearly Subscription: If applicable, a discount is applied for yearly subscriptions, displaying the savings (e.g., 20%).
  • GST Amount: An 18% GST is calculated based on the subtotal.
  • Total: Displays the final total, combining the subtotal, discounts, and GST. This is the amount to be paid upon proceeding to payment.

Payment Options

  • Proceed to Payment: After reviewing the order summary, users can click this button to finalize the payment process.

Resource Management

  • Tokens: Displays the number of available tokens within the plan, showing how many have been used versus the maximum limit. Users can purchase additional tokens as needed.
  • Users: Indicates the total number of users currently available within the plan, with an option to add more if necessary.

Add Tokens and Users

The Add Token and Add Users sections allow users to purchase additional resources for their plan.

Adding Tokens

  • Token Quantity: Users can select the number of tokens they wish to purchase. The cost is calculated based on the selected quantity.
  • Currency Selection: Users can choose their preferred currency for the transaction.
  • Order Summary: Displays the subtotal, GST amount (if applicable), and the total amount before proceeding to payment.

Adding Users

  • Developer Users: Users can specify the number of additional developer accounts required.
  • End Users: Allows for the addition of more end users to the plan.
  • Pricing Details: Shows the cost per user and calculates the total based on the quantity selected.
  • Order Summary: Reflects the subtotal, GST amount (18%), and the grand total.

Billing and Shipping Information

Billing Information

The Billing Information section includes detailed fields that allow users to enter their billing address and other relevant data:

  • First Name: The user’s first name.
  • Last Name: The user’s last name.
  • Company: The name of the company associated with the billing account.
  • Address Line 1: Primary street address information.
  • Address Line 2: Additional address information, if needed.
  • City: The city where the user or company is located.
  • Region: The state or region of the billing address.
  • Zip: Postal code for the address.
  • Country: The country for the billing address.
  • Phone: Contact phone number for billing.
  • Email: Email address associated with the billing contact.
  • GSTIN: The Goods and Services Tax Identification Number, applicable for certain regions (e.g., India).

Shipping Information

The Shipping Information section contains similar fields to the billing section, allowing users to enter their shipping address details. If the billing and shipping addresses are the same, users can select the My Billing And Shipping Address Are Same checkbox to automatically copy the billing details into the shipping form. This section includes:

  • First Name, Last Name, Company, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, Region, Zip, Country, Phone, and Email.

Invoices and Billing History

The Billing section provides a breakdown of all past invoices, allowing users to review and download them for record-keeping and accounting purposes.

Billing Information

The billing details include:

  • Currency: The currency used for all transactions is shown next to the amount in the billing history.
  • Amount: Each transaction amount reflects the charges for the subscription plan or additional tokens/users added.
  • Status: Only successful transactions are displayed in the billing history.

Users can download past invoices directly from the billing section to maintain accurate financial records. The Invoices and Billing tabs separate subscription invoices from additional resource purchases, like tokens or user additions.

The Most Popular plan is highlighted, allowing users to quickly identify the most suitable option for scaling their business needs.

Action Buttons

  • Back: Returns to the previous page.
  • Upgrade: Allows users to enhance their current plan to unlock additional resources.
  • Add Token: Increases the token count if the current limit is reached.
  • Add Users: Expands the user limit, enabling more people to access the platform.

Notes

  • Regularly monitor usage details to avoid exceeding plan limits.
  • Utilize the Download feature under invoices to keep track of all billing transactions.
  • If you need customized options beyond the available plans, select "Book a Call" for tailored solutions and premium support.
